Stone by Stone offers several shipping methods:

Pick-up in store  – The customer selects the store, and the estimated delivery time is 8 business days, with no additional shipping cost.

Via Courier (DPD) – All orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 business days, and from the moment of dispatch, the estimated delivery time is one to two business days. Valid only for deliveries in mainland Portugal.

Via Batch Delivery – Exclusive for orders shipped to postal codes 2790 to 2799, 1000 to 1679, and 1690 to 1998. Orders with confirmed payment before 12 PM are shipped the same day and delivered by 7 PM. Orders placed after 12 PM with confirmed payment will be delivered the next business day by 7 PM. Valid only for deliveries in mainland Portugal.

Via CTT (Portuguese postal service) – All purchases are dispatched within the next 2 business days. This shipping method is used for Madeira, Azores, countries of the European Union, England and Switzerland. The estimated delivery time may vary from country to country.

Pick Up Point (DPD) — All purchases are dispatched within the next 2 business days and the estimated arrival time at the selected pick-up point is 2 business days. Valid only for deliveries in mainland Portugal.

All products are subject to stock availability. In the event of a temporary or permanent stock shortage, the customer will be informed and, whenever possible, an alternative product with similar characteristics will be suggested. If this is not possible, the money will be fully refunded at no additional cost.

All prices shown are in Euros including VAT at the current legal rate, with the invoice sent digitally to the email address "Order in Transit".

In case a second reshipment is necessary due to an insufficient address or unknown recipient, due to an oversight or omission by the customer – this reshipment, regardless of the order value, will be the customer's responsibility (the reshipment cost will be equal to the shipping costs corresponding to each country).

Stone by Stone offers the following payment methods:

*If you select Multibank, you will receive the payment details via email.

• The damage of caused by misuse;
• The piece exceeds two years warranty;
• The customer has no proof of purchase.

Stone by Stone doesn't make repair on other brands pieces.
